The rules for using B4Coder: accounts, plans and payments, your programs, and fair use.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and TechTrise Solutions, G Floor, KCT Tech Park, Forge Factory, 3 Athipalayam Rd, Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore 641049, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"), which runs B4Coder at www.b4coder.com (the "service"). They cover the website, the editor, accounts, the institution and admin areas, and the Pro and Education plans.
By using B4Coder, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, which explains how we handle your information, and our Refund & cancellation policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
If you use B4Coder on behalf of a school, college, institute or other organisation, you confirm you're allowed to agree to these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
B4Coder is an online tool for learning programming: you build programs from flowchart blocks, run them step by step, see them written as code, and work through examples and challenges. Much of it can be used free and without an account.
We keep improving B4Coder, so features may be added, changed or removed. If we remove something that's part of a plan you've paid for, we'll tell you and, where it's fair, offer a refund for the time left.
Anyone can use B4Coder without an account.
To create an account you must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, or use an account set up for you by your school, college or institute. By creating an account for someone under 18, a parent, guardian or institution agrees to these terms for them and is responsible for their use of the service.
Paid plans can only be bought by an adult, or by an institution. Students who belong to an institution get their plan through it and can't buy one themselves.
Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date. You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google.
Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account. Tell us straight away at support@b4coder.com if you think someone else has used it.
School logins are created, managed and can be removed by the institution that made them; the institution is responsible for giving them to the right students.
Free: the editor, the examples and the free challenges, at no cost. A free account can keep up to 5 programs in the account.
Pro (for students): more challenges and features, sold as a subscription paid monthly or yearly.
Education (for schools, colleges and institutes): a yearly licence for each student, bought by an admin of the institution. The price per licence depends on the number of licences, as shown on the Pricing page. Teachers and admins don't need a licence. Licences added part-way through the year end with the others and are charged only for the days left.
Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, in rupees for visitors in India and in US dollars elsewhere, and you pay the amount shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes such as GST where we are required to charge them, unless checkout says otherwise. We may offer limited-time prices; an offer price applies only while the offer runs.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay, on its secure payment page. By paying you also agree to its terms. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
We may change our prices. A change never affects what you've already paid for, and a Pro subscription continues at the price you subscribed at unless we tell you about a change at least 30 days before it applies, giving you time to cancel.
A Pro subscription renews automatically: you're charged the subscription price at the start of each month (monthly) or year (yearly), using the card mandate or UPI AutoPay you set up when you subscribed, until you cancel. Your bank or Razorpay may notify you before each charge.
You can cancel at any time in My Account. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing you made is deleted.
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay will try again for a few days, and Pro continues meanwhile. If it still can't be collected, the subscription stops and your account moves to the Free plan.
Education licences don't renew automatically: an institution's admin renews them when they choose.
Payments are not refundable, apart from charges made in error; see our Refund & cancellation policy.
An institution's admins decide who joins it (by invitation or by creating school logins), the roles of its members, and its licences. Admins and teachers can see their members' names and email addresses (or usernames).
Each student in an institution needs a licence while the institution is on the Education plan. If licences end, the institution's members stay, but it can't add new people until it has licences again.
An institution is responsible for having any consent it needs to add its students, and for how its staff use the service.
The programs you build and anything else you create on B4Coder are yours. You keep all your rights in them.
So that we can run the service, you give us permission to store, copy and display your content only as needed to provide B4Coder to you: for example, to save your programs, run them, show them as code, and show a shared program to the people you share its link with. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people made of programs you shared publicly.
When you share a program with a link, anyone with the link can see it, along with your first name, and make their own copy. You can stop sharing at any time. Only share what's yours to share.
Examples and challenges written by our admins, and their solutions, belong to us.
Please don't: break the law using B4Coder; upload or share anything harmful, abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights; harass or impersonate anyone; try to get into accounts, data or parts of the service that aren't yours; probe, scan or attack the service, or interfere with how it runs; send spam or automated messages (including through the Contact form); copy, scrape or resell the service, our examples, challenges or solutions; or try to get around plan limits, payments or licences.
Challenges are for learning. Sharing challenge solutions to let others skip the work goes against the spirit of B4Coder.
We may remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or close accounts that do, in line with the section on ending these terms.
Some Pro features, such as "Explain my mistake", use artificial intelligence (provided by OpenAI) to give hints. AI hints are there to help you learn: they can sometimes be wrong or unclear, so check them against your own understanding. They don't replace your teacher's guidance.
Please don't use AI hints for anything other than learning with B4Coder. How much they can be used may be limited, to keep the service fair for everyone.
B4Coder, its design, software, text, examples, challenges, the B4Coder name and logo, and everything else we provide (apart from your content) belong to us or to the people who license them to us, and are protected by law. These terms give you the right to use B4Coder as described here; they don't transfer any of our rights to you.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
B4Coder works with other companies' services, such as Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), Supabase (sign-in and storage), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (AI hints) and Cloudflare (bot checks). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. We're not responsible for their services, but we choose them carefully.
We work hard to keep B4Coder running, correct and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may need to pause it for maintenance or updates.
Keep your own copies of programs that matter to you (▾ → Download Program File). Programs kept only in your browser can be lost if you clear its data.
To the extent the law allows, B4Coder is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will meet your needs or achieve particular learning results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of B4Coder.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you haven't paid us anything).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded or limited by law, such as for fraud.
If you break these terms or the law while using B4Coder, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs that result from it.
You can stop using B4Coder at any time. To delete your account, write to support@b4coder.com; cancel any Pro subscription first in My Account.
We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these terms or the law, puts other users or the service at risk, or if we must by law. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close an account without good reason, we'll refund any paid time left.
If B4Coder itself closes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, so you can download your programs, and refund any paid time left.
The sections on your content, our rights, our responsibility to you and the law that applies continue after these terms end.
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We'll show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using B4Coder after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using it and cancel any subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's a disagreement, please contact us first: most problems can be sorted out quickly. If it can't be resolved, the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India will have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you may have to bring a claim where you live under consumer protection law.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part straight away, we can still do so later.
For questions about these terms, or to raise a complaint or grievance (including about content on B4Coder), contact our Grievance Officer at support@b4coder.com or +91 77083 12221, or by post at TechTrise Solutions, G Floor, KCT Tech Park, Forge Factory, 3 Athipalayam Rd, Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore 641049, Tamil Nadu, India. We'll acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
